1. Whole grains - Include whole grains such as oatmeal, brown rice, quinoa, and whole wheat bread in your diet. These are rich in fiber and provide sustained energy without causing digestive discomfort.
2. Fruits and vegetables - Consume a variety of fruits and vegetables daily, as they are excellent sources of dietary fiber. Opt for options such as bananas, berries, oranges, apples, broccoli, spinach, carrots, and Brussels sprouts.
3. Legumes - Incorporate legumes like lentils, chickpeas, black beans, and kidney beans into your meals. These are packed with dietary fiber and can be included in soups or salads or used as a base for vegetarian dishes.
